Our family had an amazing vacation in Tamarindo thanks to Genna and Sean and their amazing property. They were close by and super responsive when we had questions. Lots of personal touches that made us feel welcome and at home! The house had absolutely everything we needed and was centrally located, just far enough off the busy downtown area. It was perfect! Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Our stay at Sandpiper house was great. It has been built/furnished so wonderfully with amazingly comfortable beds, pillows and duvets and towels. Location was great- easy walk into Tamarindo but far enough out of the middle of the chaos! Genna and Shawn were lovely and so helpful. Things we wish we’d known- there is 16 or 17 steps down to the front door - we were travelling with my elderly parents who could manage this, but not sure for how much longer. The property doesn’t have any wine glasses (had I mentioned this to our hosts I am sure they would have grabbed us some, but for a property of this statue would have expected some) and make sure to pack a makeup mirror with you! - there’s none in the property.

Great hosts and very accommodating. They even had a bunch of toys for our daughter.

We stayed for a week at Sandpiper, and cannot recommend it highly enough. The house is new, clean, and comfortable with a beautiful backyard pool and easy beach access within the neighborhood (<5 min walk in flip flops). The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable with great AC and comfy beds. Genna was the best host we have ever had, with a hardbound house book, outstanding local recommendations, and an incredibly warm and professional attitude.

Our family of 4 absolutely loved Genna’s place! It was comfortable, clean, well stocked and had lots of conveniences that make travel easy. The washer/dryer in the kitchen was super quiet so could run laundry without lots of noise. Lots of hooks to hang/dry clothes. We always love the neighborhood, it’s perfectly walkable to town, and theres a lovely Italian place across the street! Langosta Beach club access is wonderful too!
